But no matter how your game is going, The Heather's sublime setting is a reward in itself. With a longer layout and several forced carries, the course requires careful planning and patience. But the abundant wildlife, rolling fairways, natural wetlands, bright white sand bunkers and blueberry bogs punctuating the course are a constant reminder that golf is much more than just a tally at the end of the round.
